We are looking for talented, full-time developers with 2+ years' experience. The position requires exceptional programming skills, problem solving abilities and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a web project from the development phase to the final product.

• Technical skills should include web development and experience with: PHP, MySQL, Apache, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and/or similar technologies.

Drupal Themer/Front End

A Themer possesses expert knowledge of front-end technologies and a mastery of the Drupal theme layer. Understands the value of semantic, standards-based, markup and clean, portable CSS. JavaScript experience is preferred. This person can interpret visual designs into code. They are experienced with the complementary skills of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They can use theme functions and may be able to create custom modules to implement hooks to create the displays they need.

• Daily responsibilitiesBuilds responsive, everything-first, experiences for our customers.

  • Writes CSS, HTML, and JavaScript code.

  • Writes PHP templates and theme hooks as required.

  • Provides consultation to other technical resources on theming principles.

  • Follows creative guidelines (e.g. style guides) in a project.

  • Provides first line of defense browser testing of all UI code.

Drupal Team Lead

A Drupal Architect with 5+ years of Drupal experience that is capable of leading teams, managing technical staff, and has strong communication skills. The team lead is well versed in the technologies we specialize in, such as Drupal. Architecture experience preferred, with a well-balanced knowledge of our offerings. Should possess open-source and community soft-skills. Also is the primary point of technical contact for customers as it relates to projects.

Project responsibilities

• Provides mentorship to team and technical peers.
• Work with the Group Architect to implement and enforce company technical standards.
• Responsible for the final technical delivery of projects within the team. (i.e. Ensures our checklists are met)
• Responsible for the technical excellence of the solution.
• Enforce code review of developers, themers, and site builders.
• Reviews technical solutions and estimates delivered in the presales process.
• Works with the Project Manager to divide requirements into tasks for team members.
• Contributes code to a project as required.
• Contributes to the open source community as part of a regular cycle

Team management responsibilities

• Proactively manage issues, provide direction and feedback for staff
• Complete yearly reviews and recommend incentive awards where applicable.
• Assists Project Manager in resource assignment.
• Escalates staff issues to management.
